Personalised Products

As most of our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been correctly produced according to the information provided by the customer.

Please ensure all names, dates, messages, photos, and customisation details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders for personalised products may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
