Returns & Refund Policy

  • Standard Designs: If you change your mind, standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 30 days. They must be in their original, unused condition.

  • Personalised & Custom Items: Products that are made to order or personalised with your specific text/details are non-refundable. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product and packaging for a free replacement.
